FAQs about our Antiques & Venue

Are you dog friendly?

Yes! In both the restaurant/tearoom and inside the antiques centre.

Do you buy from the public?

Yes! Please send in an email to us via our contact page and we will forward to our 18 antiques dealers.

Please do not bring items in unless we have emailed back and asked to see them.

Do you serve alcohol?

Yes we do! We have an alcohol license and have a range of alcoholic beverages, including Jeremy Clarkson’s Hawkstone Lager.

Do you cater for allergies?

Yes, we always have a range of vegan/dairy free & gluten free options and for any other allergies – please just ask. We are more than happy to accommodate where we can.

Is there parking?

Yes, we have a large free car park on site and a bike store to lock up your bike.

Are you wheelchair accessible?

The restaurant/tearoom is fully accessible and there is access to a disabled toilet, however only the ground floors of antiques is wheelchair accessible.

Am I able to get antiques delivered?

Yes we can deliver, however there is a charge depending on the distance which can be arranged in shop or over the phone. 

Can I rent out a space/cabinet?

We currently have a waiting list but if you would like to be considered, please send your contact details, brief description (including picture examples if you can) of what sort of items you would be selling to antiques@theshoulder.uk
